Q: How do I cancel my subscriptions on your Mobile device?

A:  Step 1: Click the “hamburger” in the upper right-hand corner.

Step 2: Click the down arrow near your name, then click on “Personal Profile”.

Step 3: Tap on the grey down arrow under the “hamburger”.

Step 4: Find the subscription you want to cancel, scroll to the right, and select “Schedule to Unsubscribe”.

The subscription will be canceled on the last day of the billing cycle.

Your card won't be charged again, but you will be responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period.
