The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund will invest under normal circumstances at least 80% of its net assets in the securities of innovative companies focused on sustainable, regenerative and resilient food systems or companies making a positive impact on climate change matters. VegTech Companies are companies that (1) innovate or use technology in their primary products by utilizing at least one plant ingredient, or innovate or use technology to enable or support companies that do the same; and (2) the end product enables protein diversification, plant-based foods or plant-based materials. It is non-diversified.
