The investment seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation.
The fund pursues its investment objective of long-term capital appreciation by investing typically in large-cap equity securities of companies domiciled in, or that derive a large proportion of their revenue from, global developed and emerging markets. It will also invest in component securities of the MSCI All Country World Index or in securities of companies listed in the countries referenced in this index. The fund will generally allocate a substantial amount of its total assets to non-U.S. investments.
