The investment seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times the inverse (-2x) of the daily performance of the Nikkei 225 Stock Average. The fund invests in financial instruments that ProFund Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the Daily Target. The index is an adjusted price-weighted index of the 225 most actively traded and liquid Japanese companies listed in the Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange ("TSE"). The fund is non-diversified.
