The investment seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the Abacus FCF Small Cap Leaders Index.
To pursue its investment objective, the fund invests, under normal market circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in component securities of the underlying index. The underlying index is a rules-based equity index designed to track the performance of the small-cap segment of U.S. publicly traded companies with strong free cash flow return on invested capital (“FCF-ROIC”), drawing from the Adviser’s exclusive research. The fund is non-diversified.
