The fund will seek to meet its objective by investing in a portfolio of common stocks and other equity securities of issuers located in the People's Republic of China ("China"). Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in China "A" shares. The fund may also invest in preferred stocks, convertible securities and warrants. It is non-diversified.
