Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in small-cap and micro-cap equity securities. The fund primarily seeks to purchase common stock. The fund will concentrate at least 25% of its net assets in the Software & Services Industry Group within the Information Technology Sector. The fund is non-diversified.
