The investment seeks to maximize total return while seeking to invest in issuers which are helping to address certain United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (“SDGs”) through their products and services.
Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in the equity securities of infrastructure-related companies or derivatives with similar economic characteristics. The equity securities in which the fund invests primarily consist of common stock, but may also include preferred stock and convertible securities. The fund is non-diversified.
