The investment seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation. The fund pursues its objective by investing, under normal circumstances, in a diversified portfolio of equity and equity-related securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies of any capitalization size. Under normal circumstances, it will invest at least 80% of its net assets, including borrowings for investment purposes, in companies that meet the Adviser’s sustainability criteria.
