The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in securities included in the MSCI Japan Index and in depositary receipts representing securities included in the index. The MSCI Japan Index is a free float-adjusted market capitalization weighted index designed to measure the performance of the large and mid-cap segments of the Japanese market.
