The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities. It seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in the common stock of dividend paying companies included within the S&P 500 Index. The fund may also invest in exchange traded funds (“ETFs”).
