The investment seeks to track the MSCI ACWI IMI Sustainable Water Transition Extended Capped Index composed of U.S. and non-U.S. companies that either 1) derive a proportion of their revenues from sustainable water products or services or 2) demonstrate relative efficiency in their water management.
It invests at least 90% of its assets in the component securities of the index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the component securities of the index and may invest up to 10% of its assets in certain futures, options and swap contracts, cash and cash equivalents. It is non-diversified.
