Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in securities of Environmental Companies. It will invest in companies domiciled, incorporated, organized or headquartered in at least three countries outside the U.S., including developing and emerging market countries (Foreign Companies). The manager will consider, but is not limited to, the MSCI market classifications in determining whether a country is a developed or emerging market country.
