It invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowing for investment purposes) in securities of companies in the real estate industry. The fund may invest in the securities of issuers located in a number of different countries throughout the world. It will maintain exposure to real estate related securities of issuers in the U.S. and in at least three countries outside the U.S.
