The fund may also invest in affiliated Schwab ETFs and in unaffiliated third party mutual funds and ETFs (referred to herein as unaffiliated funds and, together with Schwab Funds and Schwab ETFs, the underlying funds). The fund invests in the underlying funds in accordance with its target portfolio allocation.
