Industry description
The investment seeks long-term growth of capital.
The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities. It invests predominantly in common stocks and may invest in companies of any market capitalization, but will generally focus on large- and mid-cap companies. The fund will normally invest at least 40% of its net assets in securities of companies outside the U.S. (and at least 30% of its net assets will be invested in companies outside the U.S. if foreign market conditions are not favorable), including securities of emerging market issuers.
