The sub-adviser will emphasize established companies in individual foreign markets and will seek to stress companies and markets that the sub-adviser believes are undervalued. The fund will invest primarily in securities of companies domiciled in developed markets, but may invest up to 10% of its assets in securities of companies in emerging countries.
