The investment seeks to maximize total return through a combination of current income and capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in securitized credit securities. For purposes of this 80% policy, securitized credit securities means securities that are repaid by cashflows from pools of assets, including, without limitation, commercial mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities, residential mortgage-backed securities, and CLOs.
