The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation.
Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of small- and mid- capitalization companies the fund's advisor believes to be undervalued. It primarily invests in common stocks of U.S. companies. The fund may also invest in real estate investment trusts ("REITs").
