With a long-term investment horizon, the Adviser identifies companies with significant growth potential, strong competitive advantages, a sizeable addressable market, product differentiation and quality management. The fund's portfolio generally will contain 20-40 stocks of any market capitalization. It may also invest in IPOs and other equities new to the public market such as direct listings by organizations as a method of initial access to public markets. The fund is non-diversified.
