Position and Risk Management: This type of AI Robot was created for traders who want to trade as actively as possible. The average duration for each trade is 4 hours, which allows our users to make a profit even on short-term market movements. Also, the maximum number of open positions is 13, which makes it possible to quickly respond to trading signals.
The robot comes with a basic risk management strategy, which has been developed for a trading balance of $100,000 and a position size of $8000 per trade. However, traders have the flexibility to adjust their trading balance as per their requirements, and as a result, the position size will change proportionally. For instance, if the trading balance is adjusted to $50,000, the position size will automatically adjust to $4000.
Strategic Features and Technical Basis: For this AI Robot, we have created a set of algorithms that track even small changes in the direction of price movement within a day. The algorithms are based on a combination of several technical indicators whose signals are processed by neural networks. Every minute, our mathematical power monitors the price change for each currency pairs, determines the current trend direction and the chances of success in case of opening a trade.
We have created a mixed pool of major currency pairs (NZDUSD, AUDUSD) and cross currency pairs (EURAUD, GBPAUD, EURCAD, NZDCAD, CHFJPY, AUDCHF) to balance the risks and not depend on the dynamics of one specific currency. The exit from a position is made by trailing stop, which allows our users to get the maximum profit from the trend. At the same time, our unique combination of trend detection methods effectively filters out unwanted signals during a sideway price movement.
Since this AI Robot actively trades cross currency pairs, we recommend using ECN to minimize the impact of spreads on trading results.
