Swing Trader ($4K per position): High Volatility Stocks for Active Trading (TA&FA)
Description:
Overview and Suitability: This AI Robot is most suitable for traders who prefer to trade stocks with high volatility, but do not want to incur significant losses during a downtrend. To achieve this, we use a pool of technical indicators focused on identifying uptrend reversal points. This enables us to balance short and long positions and prevent prolonged drawdowns.
The robot is equipped with a basic risk management strategy, which has been designed for a trading balance of $100,000 and a position size of $4000 per trade. However, traders can adjust their trading balance according to their requirements, and the position size will adjust proportionally. For example, if the trading balance is changed to $50,000, the position size will automatically adjust to $2000.
This robot is suitable for active traders who have enough time to track 30-40 trades at once. The average duration of a transaction is 1 day, enabling users to efficiently utilize their capital and avoid getting stuck in a trade for an extended period.
To select stocks, the robot employs a new proprietary method developed by our team of quants to assess the strength and quality of momentum of the most active stocks in the US stock market. Furthermore, a complex algorithm consisting of a pool of technical indicators processed using neural networks determines the entry points to the position.
Position and Risk Management: After entering a trade, the AI Robot places a fixed "Take profit" order at the level of 3.5% of the position opening price. To exit a position, the robot uses two options: a fixed stop loss of 3% of the position opening price and a flexible trailing stop that enables traders to retain most of their profit if the market reverses.
The robot's trading results are presented without using a margin. To view the full trading statistics and equity chart, click on the "show more" button on the robot page. The "Open Trades" tab displays how the AI Robot selects equities, enters, and exits in paper trades. The "Closed Trades" tab enables users to review all prior trades made by the AI Robot.
