The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation and current income.
Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of large market capitalization U.S. companies. The fund manager considers large market capitalization companies to be those with market capitalizations within the market capitalization range of the companies in the Russell 1000® Index.
