The investment seeks a return in excess of the MSCI ACWI ex USA Index (the "index"). Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities. It will invest primarily in securities economically tied to non-U.S. countries, including emerging market countries. The fund seeks to achieve its objective primarily by taking long and short positions in equity securities. It is non-diversified.
