Under normal conditions, The adviser seeks to achieve the fund’s investment objective by investing at least 80% of the value of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities that satisfy the fund’s sustainable investment criteria. The fund invests primarily in securities of large market capitalization companies. Large market capitalization companies are, according to the adviser, those companies with market capitalizations generally greater than $3 billion at the time of purchase.
