Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in the equity securities of U.S. companies with small market capitalizations. The Adviser considers a company to be a small cap company if its market capitalization is no larger than that of the largest company in the Russell 2000® Index at the time a new position is established, based on the index data as of the end of the previous calendar quarter.
