Industry description
The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the ICE USD Developed Markets Corporate Ex-Banks Hybrid Bond 4.85% Constrained Index (the “underlying index”).
The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in the components that comprise the underlying index. Strictly in accordance with its guidelines and mandated procedures, ICE Data Indices, LLC (the “index provider” or “ICE”) compiles, maintains and calculates the underlying index, which is designed to track the performance of U.S. dollar denominated hybrid corporate debt publicly issued and settled in the U.S. domestic market. It is non-diversified.
