The investment seeks to outperform, net of fees and expenses, the return of the MSCI ACWI ex U.S. Index (the "Benchmark").
The fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of foreign equity securities, including securities of emerging market companies. Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of its assets in foreign common stocks that meet its environmental, social and governance ("ESG") guidelines at the time of investment. The fund may invest in appropriate issuers through depositary receipts including American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") and Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs").
