The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation.
The fund will invest primarily in common stocks of high-quality, large cap companies that the fund's investment adviser, Madison Asset Management, LLC ("Madison") believes incorporate sustainability into their overall strategy. Under normal conditions, at least 80% of the fund's net assets (including borrowings for investment purposes) will be invested in stocks that meet Madison's fundamental and sustainability criteria. To the extent invested in common stocks, the fund generally invests in only 35-50 companies at any given time.
