The investment seeks investment results that correspond (before fees and expenses) generally to the price and yield performance of the ICE BofA US 1-Year Treasury Bill Index. Under normal market conditions, the Adviser seeks to achieve the fund’s investment objective by investing at least 80% of the UST 12 Month Bill Fund’s net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in the component securities of the index. The underlying index is comprised of a single issue purchased at the beginning of the month and held for a full month.
