The investment seeks to provide capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of issuers that are organized, have a majority of their assets, or generate the majority of their operating income outside the U.S. It generally invests up to 15% of its portfolio in emerging markets. The fund’s portfolio generally will consist of 60 to 80 stocks identified through a research-driven, bottom-up security selection process based on fundamental research, with relative sizing based on valuation, risk and diversification. It is non-diversified.
