The investment seeks to provide investment results that approximate the performance of the S&P MidCap 400 Index. The Advisor intends, under normal circumstances, to invest over 80% of its investable assets in securities included in the index in approximately the same proportions as those of the S&P MidCap 400 Index. Tthe companies included in the index have market capitalization ranging from $1.3 billion to $20.8 billion. The principal type of equity and equity-related securities in which the fund invests is common stock.
