The investment seeks to provide growth of capital. The fund  seeks to achieve its objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in a portfolio of common stocks issued by large-capitalization, growth-oriented companies (80% policy). The Manager seeks growth-oriented companies that the Manager believes have a competitively advantaged business model, thereby eluding competition, and have the ability to sustain growth over the long term beyond investors’ expectations. It is non-diversified.
