The fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in common stocks of small-capitalization, growth-oriented companies (80% policy). The fund manager emphasizes smaller companies positioned in new or emerging industries where the Manager believes there is opportunity for higher growth than in established companies or industries.
