2. Q: How do I calculate the stop loss for some robots?
A: Once the signal alert is sent out, you will receive a Stop loss and can also receive an alert to close the trade. Signals are typically 3% from their entry point.

 

3. Q: Can I follow more than 1 robot at a time?
A: If a user is subscribed to 1 Robot, he/she can only Follow just 1 Robot at a time. If you subscribe to multiple Robots, you can follow multiple Robots at a time. You can subsequently subscribe(Purchase) to more than 1 Robot if you want to follow multiple robots at once.

 

4. Q: How can I use my Credits?
A: By subscribing to the AI Robot, you'll receive a free membership plan and a credit of either $60 per month or $360 per year, which you can use to purchase any other Tickeron product. To utilize this credit, simply visit the pricing page and choose the products you'd like to add or purchase. Follow the usual procedures and rest assured that you won't be charged for your credit, even though it won't appear on the pricing page. Please note that if you cancel your AI Robot subscription or it expires, your credit will also expire. 

 

5. Q: What’s the difference between the 1st generation and 2nd generation AI bots?
A: At the moment we released two types of AI Robots: Signals only and Virtual Accounts.

The main differences are as follows, the Virtual accounts have the following:

1. Feature for adjusting the trading balance

2. Money management features are incorporated into algorithms 

While the Signals-only robot is ideal for traders who want a high number of trading signals without any restrictions on the number of trades or capital. It provides comprehensive statistics with the closed trades visible to aid decision-making and real-time alerts to keep traders updated with market changes.

 

6. Q: I am not getting AI Robot signal Alerts. How to set up Alert notifications in AI Robot?
A: Please check out the following steps on how to set up your notifications:

• Did you enable notifications inside the robot itself as shown in the screenshot below? This is because FOLLOWED and ENABLED NOTIFICATIONS are different things in our system. Follow gives you access to the specific Robot, but it may not have notifications enabled even though you have access.

 

                                                                                                                                                                         

        2. Please kindly check if there was a notification within  "My Notifications" (Click the link to access)

             

        3. Please also enable it in the Notification Settings from the main menu in Profile

          

       4. If everything is turned on but still no notification, Please kindly check your SPAM folder in your email.

       5. Please make sure your device (computer) is added to the registered list for push notifications. For example,  the screenshot below shows that my Windows 10 laptop was added.

         

       6. Please click on the lock icon tab in front of the URL address (see the screenshot below) and make sure the notifications are on (see at the bottom).

7. Q: Do you build AI Bots to my taste or to fit my trading style?
A: We do not make customized Robots, but we have different types of AI Robots that can fit your trading style. We have different kinds of robots, you can click on "View details" to see the descriptions and other parameters of the AI Robot if it fits your trading style.
Alternatively, you can Tickeron has different products using different strategies and techniques mostly powered by AI. You can mix 2 or more strategies that fit best for your trading style because most of our products are integrated (For example you can copy results from one product to another, this serves as a mode of customization). 

 

8. Q: How does the AI Robot work?
A: Here's how you can use a Robot at the moment. First, go to the list of available Robots.

                                                                                                                                           

Once you go inside the details of the Robot, you will have the following functionality available.

1) Open shown trades manually (by clicking OPEN), you can also copy this manually to your brokerage account.

2) Set an option to open all trades automatically on your paper trade account

3) Be alerted about new signals via Email or push notification

9. Q: How do I switch between AI Robots?
A: To switch between Robots, You must Unfollow the current robot, and then after you can follow any other robot. You can subsequently subscribe(Purchase) to more than 1 Robot if you want to follow multiple robots at once.

10. Q: How do I see the AI Robot I follow?

15. Q: Do you possess any AI robots specifically designed for option trading?
A: Our "Trend Traders" robots are most suitable for options trading. They generate buy and sell signals with a long trade duration, which allows them to be used effectively in options trading.
