Member Relationship Summary

Updated: November 24, 2025

Item 1: Overview

Tickeron, Inc. (“Tickeron”) is a financial technology platform that provides AI-powered analytical tools, educational content, pattern recognition, and trade-idea generation for Members. Tickeron does not provide investment advice, does not manage accounts, and does not recommend any securities to any Member based on personal financial circumstances.

Tickeron is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, custodian, or fiduciary.

All trading decisions and execution are solely the responsibility of the Member.

Item 2: Nature of Our Services

Tickeron provides access to:

  • AI-generated trade ideas and pattern detection tools
  • Trend forecasting engines
  • AI screening tools for financial instruments
  • Marketplace where Members may exchange analysis and digital products
  • Educational content, blogs, and webinars
  • Community features such as clubs and discussion forums

Tickeron does not:

  • provide personalized financial or investment advice
  • manage portfolios
  • monitor brokerage accounts
  • execute trades or route orders
  • consider a Member’s financial profile, objectives, or risk tolerance
  • make suitability assessments

Members use the platform on a self-directed basis and retain full responsibility for trading decisions.

Questions to consider:

  • How do I plan to use AI-generated analytics in my personal trading strategy?
  • Do I understand the risks of self-directed trading?
  • What additional professional advice might I need beyond analytics tools?

Item 3: Fees, Costs & How We Earn Revenue

Tickeron is a subscription-based analytics platform.

Membership tiers include:

Intermediate Member

Expanded access

Expert Member

$250/month

Add-on modules may include:

  • Pattern Search Engine — $30/month
  • Trend Prediction Engine — $30/month
  • AI Screener — $30/month
  • Buy/Sell Daily Signals — $60/year

Members pay fees regardless of whether they trade or profit, because fees relate to software access, not investment outcomes.

Tickeron does not:

  • charge commissions on trades
  • earn money from trade execution
  • take a percentage of profits

Members may incur separate fees from third parties, such as:

  • brokerage commissions
  • exchange fees
  • data provider fees
  • platform fees for products purchased in the Marketplace

Important: You will pay fees whether you profit or lose money. Be sure you understand what you are paying for and how you plan to use the tools.

Item 4: Risks & Member Responsibilities

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss, including loss of all invested capital.

AI-generated analytics may:

  • be inaccurate or behave differently in changing markets
  • rely on historical data that may not predict future conditions
  • fail due to model error, data limits, or unexpected market events

Tickeron does not provide personalized guidance regarding risk management, position sizing, leverage, time horizon, or trading strategy.

Members are responsible for:

  • verifying information independently
  • making all decisions regarding securities
  • consulting professionals for legal, tax, or investment advice
  • managing accounts at third-party brokers

Questions to consider:

  • What is my risk tolerance?
  • Do I fully understand how to trade without advice?
  • Do I need professional guidance outside Tickeron?

Item 5: Conflicts of Interest

Tickeron earns revenue through:

  • Membership subscriptions
  • Sales of platform tools
  • Marketplace transaction fees

Marketplace products may be published by Members. Tickeron may receive a processing or listing fee but does not endorse, review, or supervise third-party content.

Tickeron does not receive:

  • commission payments from brokers
  • payments for order routing
  • revenue sharing based on Member trading activity

Because Tickeron benefits when Members purchase subscriptions or add-on tools, there is a commercial incentive to promote product usage—but no incentive related to any specific security.

Item 6: Legal & Disciplinary Status

Tickeron has no legal or regulatory disciplinary history related to financial misconduct, and is not in a regulated advisory, brokerage, or asset-management business category.

Questions to consider:

  • Does the platform operate as a software provider, not a financial adviser?
  • Do I understand that tools do not constitute advice?

Item 7: Contact Information

If you have questions about Membership, platform features, or billing, you may contact:
