Important: You will pay fees whether you profit or lose money. Be sure you understand what you are paying for and how you plan to use the tools.
Item 4: Risks & Member Responsibilities
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss, including loss of all invested capital.
AI-generated analytics may:
- be inaccurate or behave differently in changing markets
- rely on historical data that may not predict future conditions
- fail due to model error, data limits, or unexpected market events
Tickeron does not provide personalized guidance regarding risk management, position sizing, leverage, time horizon, or trading strategy.
Members are responsible for:
- verifying information independently
- making all decisions regarding securities
- consulting professionals for legal, tax, or investment advice
- managing accounts at third-party brokers
Questions to consider:
- What is my risk tolerance?
- Do I fully understand how to trade without advice?
- Do I need professional guidance outside Tickeron?
Item 5: Conflicts of Interest
Tickeron earns revenue through:
- Membership subscriptions
- Sales of platform tools
- Marketplace transaction fees
Marketplace products may be published by Members. Tickeron may receive a processing or listing fee but does not endorse, review, or supervise third-party content.
Tickeron does not receive:
- commission payments from brokers
- payments for order routing
- revenue sharing based on Member trading activity
Because Tickeron benefits when Members purchase subscriptions or add-on tools, there is a commercial incentive to promote product usage—but no incentive related to any specific security.
Item 6: Legal & Disciplinary Status
Tickeron has no legal or regulatory disciplinary history related to financial misconduct, and is not in a regulated advisory, brokerage, or asset-management business category.
Questions to consider:
- Does the platform operate as a software provider, not a financial adviser?
- Do I understand that tools do not constitute advice?
