1. About Tickeron

Tickeron, Inc. (“Tickeron”) is a Nevada-based financial technology company that develops and operates an AI-driven analytics platform for self-directed traders and investors.

Tickeron provides data, pattern recognition, quantitative tools, and AI-generated trade ideas for individual securities and market instruments. Tickeron does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or fiduciary services. All decisions remain solely with the Member.

Tickeron’s proprietary algorithms, including pattern search engines, trend prediction engines, screeners, and symbol analytics, are designed to help Members:

  • Explore markets
  • Discover potential trade ideas
  • Analyze technical and quantitative characteristics
  • Build and test their own strategies outside the platform

Tickeron’s tools are product-based analytics, not advisory or personalized recommendations.

2. Who Uses Tickeron?

Tickeron is built for self-directed Members, including:

  • Individual retail traders and investors
  • Active traders using stocks, ETFs, and other liquid instruments
  • Systematic traders who like AI-generated signals and pattern recognition
  • Members who want to explore and compare trade ideas on individual symbols

There is no account minimum, and Members do not transfer assets to Tickeron. Brokerage and custody remain at third-party firms selected by the Member.

3. Membership Structure & Pricing

Access to Tickeron is based on membership tiers and à-la-carte modules. Names are descriptive only and do not reflect Member sophistication or experience.

3.1 Membership Tiers

  • Beginner Member – Free
    • Basic access to selected tools and community features
  • Intermediate Member – $15/month (in advance)
    • Expanded analytics and additional tools
  • Expert Member – $250/month (in advance)
    • Broadest access to AI modules, advanced tools, and marketplace features

Members self-select their tier. Tickeron does not assess or verify whether a given membership level is suitable or appropriate for any Member.

3.2 Add-On AI Modules (Examples)

  • Pattern Search Engine – $30/month
  • Trend Search Engine – $30/month
  • AI Screener – $30/month
  • Daily Buy/Sell Signals – $60/year

All fees are subscription-based, billed via credit card. Tickeron does not debit brokerage accounts or take custody of assets.

4. Core Platform Features

4.1 AI Robots & Trade Idea Generators

AI Robots are automated, rules-based signal generators that apply Tickeron’s algorithms to markets and instruments selected for the model.

  • Generate trade ideas and hypothetical signals (e.g., long/short, trend-following, mean-reversion, etc.)
  • Can operate on different timeframes (intraday, swing, position)
  • Can be linked (by the Member) to a supported broker API for Member-executed trading

Important:

  • AI Robots generate ideas only and do not constitute personalized advice.
  • Members retain full control over:
    • Whether to follow a signal
    • Position sizing and risk management
    • Execution at their chosen broker

Tickeron does not manage accounts, does not exercise discretion, and does not act as a fiduciary.

4.2 Pattern Search Engine

Tickeron’s Pattern Search Engine uses AI to scan markets for technical patterns, such as:

  • Head and Shoulders
  • Channels
  • Triangles
  • Double Tops/Bottoms
  • Many other classic technical formations

Features:

  • Pattern detection across thousands of tickers
  • Historical statistics on pattern performance
  • Confidence indicators and visualization tools
  • Alerts and watchlists so Members can monitor candidates

The engine highlights potential setups; it does not guarantee outcomes.

4.3 Trend Prediction Engine

The Trend Prediction Engine applies machine learning and statistical models to forecast short- and medium-term price direction for selected instruments.

Members can:

  • View AI-generated directional bias (e.g., bullish/bearish/neutral)
  • Explore historical hit rates and statistics
  • Overlay predictions on charts for visual context
  • Combine predictions with their own analysis

Trend predictions are probabilistic, not guarantees, and are not individualized recommendations.

4.4 AI Screeners & Symbol Analytics

Tickeron offers AI-powered screeners that allow Members to filter instruments based on:

  • Technical patterns
  • AI-trend predictions
  • Volatility metrics
  • Liquidity, price, and other quantitative factors

Each tracked symbol may have a “Ticker Profile” that aggregates:

  • Market data and technical metrics
  • AI-based predictions and pattern detections
  • Member commentary and blog references

These are informational dashboards only.

4.5 Community Features & Marketplace

Tickeron includes social and marketplace features where Members interact and exchange information.

Investor & Trader Clubs

  • Members can create or join Investor or Trader Clubs.
  • Clubs can:
    • Share ideas on tickers and strategies
    • Discuss AI signals and market conditions
    • Communicate through messaging and group features

All trading activity, if any, occurs at the Member’s external broker and is not coordinated by Tickeron.

Marketplace

The Marketplace is a venue where Members—especially those with Expert status—may offer:

  • Newsletters
  • Strategy reports
  • AI Robot configurations
  • Other informational or educational products

Tickeron provides the platform and payment infrastructure but does not endorse, verify, or supervise third-party content or claims. Members must perform their own due diligence.

4.6 Academy, Blogs & Educational Content

The Academy section includes:

  • Articles on trading and investing concepts
  • Educational videos, webcasts, and blog-style posts
  • Examples of using AI tools and platform features on tickers and strategies

Content is educational in nature and not tailored to any Member’s financial situation.

5. Broker Connections & Order Routing

Some Members may choose to connect their brokerage accounts to Tickeron through supported APIs. This is entirely optional.

Key points:

  • Tickeron does not hold assets or custodian accounts.
  • Tickeron does not route orders as a broker and is broker-neutral.
  • Trades are always executed at the Member’s chosen broker, under that broker’s terms.
  • Members can:
    • Use “Buy/Sell” buttons or similar order triggers from within Tickeron’s interface
    • Review signals/ideas and place trades manually at their broker

All execution quality, commissions, and trade-related terms are governed by the Member’s brokerage relationship, not Tickeron.

6. Risks & Important Disclosures

6.1 General Investing & Trading Risks

Trading and investing in financial markets involve substantial risk of loss, including the potential loss of all invested capital. Risks may include, among others:

  • Market risk
  • Volatility and liquidity risk
  • Sector, issuer, and counterparty risk
  • Leverage and derivatives risk (if used)
  • Currency and geopolitical risk (for international instruments)

Past performance—whether real, backtested, or simulated—does not guarantee future results.

Tickeron’s analytics and AI outputs do not eliminate or reduce these risks.

6.2 AI & Model Risk

Tickeron relies on algorithms, quantitative models, and historical data. These models may:

  • Fail to predict future conditions
  • Be impacted by incomplete or inaccurate data
  • Perform differently in changing market regimes
  • Require updates or recalibration over time

There is no guarantee that any AI-generated pattern, prediction, or trade idea will be profitable.

6.3 No Advisory Relationship / No Fiduciary Duty

Tickeron:

  • Does not provide personalized investment, tax, or legal advice
  • Does not recommend specific securities or trades to any particular Member
  • Does not act as an investment adviser, portfolio manager, or fiduciary
  • Does not consider a Member’s full financial circumstances, holdings, or objectives

All tools are generalized analytics and trade ideas, and Members are solely responsible for:

  • Evaluating suitability and appropriateness
  • Deciding whether to act on any idea
  • Implementing risk management and position sizing

Members are strongly encouraged to consult with qualified professionals (investment, tax, legal, etc.) before making financial decisions.

7. Conflicts of Interest & Compensation

Tickeron is compensated primarily through:

  • Subscription fees for memberships and AI modules
  • Possible platform fees from Marketplace transactions

Tickeron does not receive:

  • Commissions on Member trades
  • Revenue-sharing from brokers for execution
  • Performance fees based on Member profits

Marketplace products offered by third-party or Expert Members may compensate those Members; Tickeron may retain a platform or processing fee. Tickeron’s listing of a product does not imply endorsement.

8. Member Responsibilities

By using Tickeron’s platform, Members acknowledge that they are responsible for:

  • Understanding the nature and risks of trading and investing
  • Independently evaluating all analytics and AI outputs
  • Making their own trading and investment decisions
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintaining secure login credentials and access control
  • Managing their third-party brokerage relationships

Members should not rely on Tickeron as a substitute for independent research or professional advice.
